Eucalyptus fibre is a 100% plant-based fibre and fully biodegradable and is sold as loose, carded fill. It is created through the fementation of the wood pulp and the fibre extracted. It has exceptional natural characteristics for absorbency, hygiene and temperature regulation. Eucalyptus fibre is a highly efficient insulator, helping to keep you warm in cool weather and cool in warm weather. It is naturally hypoallergenic, thanks to its natural moisture management characteristics.
Because it releases moisture so quickly, it is very difficult for dust mites, bacteria, mildew and other common allergens to breed. Eucalyptus fibre also has a remarkable environmental profile. It is extracted from fast-growing, sustainably forested eucalyptus trees. Unlike cotton, eucalyptus requires little water to grow and thrives on marginal land unsuitable for agriculture.

Such a beautifully soft alternative for polyester that is kinder to the planet and perfect for stuffing my little felt hearts with. Being hypoallergenic is a big tick as well. The service is always friendly and delivery is quick too! You pay a little more but it’s worth every cent - I’m a regular buyer for a reason :)

Lovely product. Very expensive.
Beautiful natural product but takes quite a bit of fibre to fill an inner. For example a 50cm inner takes 800g which will produce a very low and soft lift. At $50 kg that makes for an expensive cushion inner.

Such a nice product
It is so nice to have a filling that we know won't hurt the planet. This filling is great to work with. You don't end up with filling everywhere and it has a beautiful texture.

This is the best filling
I avoid polyester at all costs, so needed some filling for soft toys. I got the samples from eco filling and after some deliberation decided that the eucalyptus fibre was the best. It costs more, but it is worth it in terms of the environment and my grandchildren's health!

This is beautiful and sustainable filling. I would never stuff anything with polyester, especially for children, so this is a perfect alternative, with antibacterial properties as well. I can highly recommend.
