This website is owned and operated by Eco Filling Australia ABN 58903282472.  In using and purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

DEFINITIONS:

The terms “Eco Filling”, “us”, “we” or “our” refers to Eco Filling Australia.

The terms “stock”, “products” or “goods” refers to any items available for sale on the website.

The terms “you”, “your”, “them” or “customer”, refers to the website user.

CONTENT ACCURACY

We endeavour to ensure that the information provided on this website is accurate and up to date.  We cannot guarantee, however, nor accept any legal liability arising from or connected to the accuracy, reliability or currency of anything or any information contained on this website.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please make your selection carefully.  Eco Filling Australia will not provide a refund on an item because you have changed your mind, or decide later that a purchase was not what you wanted.  Notwithstanding, Eco Filling Australia upholds your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in regards to faulty items.  Faulty items are defined under Australian Consumer Law as those which do not meet the following requirements:

1) Goods must be of merchantable quality – they must meet a level of quality and performance that would be reasonable to expect, given their price and description. They should also be free from defects that were not obvious at the time of purchase.

In the event that a customer receives a faulty item, a contact email advising us of the problem should be made to info@ecofillingaustralia.com.au advising us of the issue.  If it is clear to us that the item is faulty (this may be confirmed by us requesting photos of the problem from the customer), then we will arrange with the customer for payment of return of the item.  Once the item is received by us, we will supply either a full refund of all costs, or repair the item, or provide a replacement, as desired by the customer.

If we dispute from our initial communications with the customer that the item is faulty, then the customer will need to return the item at their cost. Upon receiving the item, should it be determined by us that the product is faulty, a full refund, including postage costs will be made to the customer. 

If we deem that the item is not faulty, the customer has the option to have their item returned to them as is, or if the item is in brand new condition, a refund of the product only, with all shipping costs to be incurred by them.

Please note that Eco Filling Australia will not be held responsible for missing returns.

CHANGE OF MIND AND INABILITY TO SUPPLY

Eco Filling Australia reserves the right NOT to provide a refund on an item because you have changed your mind, or decide later that a purchase was not what you wanted.  From time to time a refund may be negotiated.  In such cases, a full refund, minus an administrative fee of 4% of the value of the order will be applied.  This extends to orders which have been returned to Eco Filling Australia as unclaimed by the shipping company, and subsequent attempts to contact the customer have been unsuccessful.

In cases where Eco Filling Australia is unable to supply some, or all of, the the item/s purchased, a full refund for the outstanding component of the order will be paid.

SHIPPING

Each of our eco fillings is sold by weight and is packaged to order. Once your order is made and payment received, you will receive an email confirming your order details and the delivery address.  You will receive a second email once your order has been dispatched.  

Unfortunately, fibre filling and cushions are bulky.  Although they don't weigh very much, the volume they occupy means that they can cost more to post than regular parcels. For large orders, vacuum packing is used to try to keep the volume, and therefore shipping, to a minimum.  If you're order has been vacuum packed, then it will need to be aired and plumped to restore its original volume.

In most cases, your order will be processed and sent within three business days. Sometimes we may be experiencing a delay in receiving our stock, in which case you will be notified of any delay and an approximate delivery date.

Transit times will vary depending on where you live.  With the tracking information you receive on dispatch, you can use this to track your parcel and see the estimated delivery date.

Please note that Eco Filling Australia will not be held responsible for missing deliveries.  All deliveries are made by a third party and as such, any claims should be made directly through them.  Please contact us directly if you would like additional insurance or registered mail.

Shipping by Courier:

If you live in a major metropolitan area, most likely your order will be delivered by a courier.  All other areas and Post Office box addresses will be delivered by Australia Post.  Please note that courier deliveries cannot be made to post boxes or parcel lockers.  

The courier will leave your order in a safe place on your property if you are not at home at the time of delivery.  If you would prefer to have your parcel signed for, then you must specify this at the time of ordering.  If you do require a signature, and if there is nobody at home at the time of the delivery, the courier will leave a calling card in your letter box for you to organise re-delivery, or for you to pick up your order from a newsagency in your local area or their depot. This only applies to courier deliveries.  If a calling card is left and the courier does not receive a response from you within five days, then your order will be returned to Eco Filling Australia.  Should this happen, to have it resent to you, you will need to pay the original shipping fee a second time in addition to a $10 administration fee.  Should you choose to not have your order resent, a full refund of the cost of the goods will be issued, minus the cost of the original shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally due to ongoing service interruptions to international postal services.

Pick Up:

Eco Filling Australia is located in Emerald in the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria.  Pick up will be arranged at a mutually agreeable time after you have placed your order.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We take no responsibility for the accuracy of the content or statements contained on the website or in relation to the products we sell.  Statements made are by way of general comment only and you should satisfy yourself as to their accuracy.  Furthermore, we do not provide any warranties with the exception of any warranties provided by law.  We are not liable for any damages whatsoever, incurred as a result of or relating to the use of the website.

USE

Unauthorised use of this website may be a criminal offence and/or give rise to a claim for damages.  You may only use the website for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the nature and purpose of the website.  You agree that you will use this website in accordance with all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All information and materials displayed on this website are the property of Eco Filling Australia and are protected by copyright law.  This includes logos, information, photographs, names, artwork, illustrations and other graphic materials.  You must not replicate our material for commercial purposes unless expressly agreed to by us.
